Premium Event Package $700

Rich Reflections offers a 4-hour service that brings joy and memories to any event. Our custom photo designs ensure each moment is uniquely captured. With digital photos, prints, and social media sharing, your special occasions will be unforgettable. 
Recommended for weddings, birthday parties, and corporate events (200-400 people)
Included in the service:
A trained photo booth attendant is present for the duration of the service.
Digital access to all photos taken during the event.
One customized photo frame design for prints or digital photos.
The ability for guests to instantly send and share their photos via email or text.
Creation of a GIF or short video in addition to photos.
Free access to print photos with a 250 print maximum. (2x6 or 4x6)

Experience the magic of instant prints with our photo booth service. Watch as your captured moments come to life in high-quality printouts that you can take home as keepsakes. Add a nostalgic touch to your event with our instant printing feature!

Travel Fee & Policy

To ensure fairness and cover transportation costs, the following travel fee policy applies:

Local Service Area:

Events located within 30 miles of our business location are not subject to any travel fees.

Extended Service Area:

For events located 31-60 miles from our business location, a travel fee of $1 per mile (round trip) will apply.

Long-Distance Travel:

For events located over 60 miles, a custom travel fee will be assessed based on the distance, travel time, and any necessary accommodation costs.

Events requiring overnight stays may incur additional charges for lodging, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

Out-of-State Events:

For out-of-state or significant long-distance events, clients will be responsible for travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations. A customized quote will be provided during the booking process.
