At Rich Reflections, we are happy to bring our services to events across a wide range of locations.
Service Description
To ensure fairness and cover transportation costs, the following travel fee policy applies: Local Service Area: Events located within 30 miles of our business location are not subject to any travel fees. Extended Service Area: For events located 31-60 miles from our business location, a travel fee of $1 per mile (round trip) will apply. Long-Distance Travel: For events located over 60 miles, a custom travel fee will be assessed based on the distance, travel time, and any necessary accommodation costs. Events requiring overnight stays may incur additional charges for lodging, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Out-of-State Events: For out-of-state or significant long-distance events, clients will be responsible for travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations. A customized quote will be provided during the booking process. We aim to keep our services accessible while covering the necessary expenses for travel. Cancellation Policy
At Rich Reflections, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fair compensation for reserved services. Cancellation Notice: Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the booking more than seven days before the event, only the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within seven days of the event will require payment in full. Service Provider Cancellation: In the event the Service Provider is unable to fulfill the services due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded, including the deposit. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking at no additional charge if notice is given at least seven days before the original event date, subject to availability. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions), we will work with clients to reschedule or provide a full refund.
